These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Listman platform operated by 株式会社ソウルマン (Soulman Inc.) ("Company"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Listman is a multi-channel inventory management tool that enables Amazon and Shopee sellers to synchronize product data, automate pricing, and manage listings across multiple Southeast Asian marketplaces.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including the terms of service of Amazon and Shopee.
The Service accesses Amazon SP-API and Shopee Open Platform on your behalf using credentials you provide. You authorize us to make API calls necessary to provide the Service.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by the Company. Your product data remains your property.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to listing errors or pricing discrepancies.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
